The ECOPLAN® series of acoustic panels introduced a completely new concept to the world of sound absorption systems.
ECOPLAN® is a very innovative acoustic improvement system in the sound absorption market and represents an excellent functional tool for making effective, low-cost and easy-to-install acoustic improvement interventions. At the same time, ECOPLAN® ensures high quality standards in terms of health, eco-compatibility and certified safety, without excluding the typical design approach of Acustico®.
ECOPLAN® sound absorbers are the ideal solution for the acoustic treatment of large spaces, such as auditoriums, school rooms, multifunctional centers, restaurants, offices and gyms, and in any space where large sound absorption surfaces are needed. They are also suitable for small spaces if you have to do an installation on a budget.
They are extremely robust and durable thanks to the PET polyester fibers from which they are made and can be installed in any environment, without particular limit even in high humidity areas (such as swimming pools and outdoor bars), but also in industrial areas such as e.g. in the production departments.
Simplicity. The new concept of the ECOPLAN® product line is simple and effective at the same time, because it eliminates every unnecessary element that can create additional production costs and that is not useful for achieving the desired acoustic results.
For this reason, ECOPLAN® sound absorbers are made of medium/high density thermo-solvent polyester and are shaped by means of a mechanical cutting system into various shapes.
The adopted materials and production process allow obtaining an extremely light panel, weighing less than 2.5 kg per square meter. This allows ECOPLAN® sound absorbing panels to be installed on walls or ceilings with simple gluing or velcro operations.
ECOPLAN® acoustic panels can also be installed on the ceiling with cables, ensuring nice suspended installations through a simple additional pvc plate on the back of the panel, to which the customer can attach the supplied suspension system.
The absence of any cover and sound-reflective element allows this sound absorber to be directly exposed to sound waves, with a significant improvement in sound absorption coefficients.
Durable and ecological. ECOPLAN® acoustic panels are completely made of highly ecologically compatible PET polyester fibers (derived from recycling and recycled at the same time), polyurethane or melamine-based materials are adopted, nor materials containing formaldehyde and capable of dispersing respirable micro-dust (vitreous fibers, rock wool and glass wool)
Polyester fiber is a fire-resistant plastic material (with class 1 and Euro class B-s1-d0 certificates), stable and long-lasting in any thermal exposure from -50 to + 100 ° C, suitable for any environment with 100% humidity (even saline type), resistant to chemical agents (acids, salts, hydrocarbons), fungi, bacteria and microorganisms, water repellent and odorless.
The production process consists of surface heat treatment and cutting of polyester plate, with a serial manufacturing system. This method reduces production costs and enables us to provide our customers with a low-priced panel, even if it is made of high-quality materials.
Plan. Aligned with all Audiodesigner® panel series, ECOPLAN® is not only an effective tool for controlling reverberation and managing architectural acoustics, but could become a pleasant furnishing complement, offering installations interesting aesthetic and decorative effects.
ECOPLAN® sound absorption panels are available in three different colors (white, black and grey) and in a wide variety of shapes (square, with rounded edges, triangular, hexagonal, trapezoidal and circular) and dimensions, with constantly updated formats.
